This is tough cause it really depends on how one plays a game. For example the way I play it does not come across as a porn game at all. But it will to others.
Guess I would explain it more as something one of those college comedy movies like American Pie but one that goes more in depth into the relationship / dating Sim aspect in form of a game

Number of Scenes ≠ screen time. In fact, number of scenes < screen time, by a nearly infinite amount. And Madame's scenes were all incredibly short, and also all part of a single event.
