It must be Madame. But on the other hand, the fact that he is directly asked in the Q&A section why the scenes with Madame are necessary speaks volumes. A great threesome scene is always a good thing. I was extremely disappointed with the threesome sex scene between Lily and Nicole. It could have been really hot, but DPС made a short scene of a few poses and that was it. But the scene with Maya and Josy was very good. Based on that I think it will be a scene involving LI, considering the threesome scenes in the Others branch were short( Sarah and Melanie and Lily and Nicole).
I quite admit that it could be a long awaited threesome( J/M+Sage) to somehow make up for the long wait, but it's very hard for me to envision it this early in the development of the relationship on the J/M branch. What's interesting is that he usually holds a Q&A in February, will he reschedule it or hold it regardless? DPС will have to explain himself soon anyway and say that the episode won't be released this year, that's obvious. But he likes to put bad news off until the last minute, just putting it out there.
My guess is that in November he'll be done with development and in December he'll start the polishing phase and wait for the animation rendering to be finished.

Lmaoo, maybe I should stop calling her "Nic". In Others path was just for context, in general Nicole is my number 1 but tbh I think that if I had to choose her vs a main LI, Jill would be the one.
