I saw people commenting we are getting 3 Madame scenes and but I really doubt that will happen.
She probably got 3 scenes last EP because she did not make an apparence in EP 9 (the best one lewd wise in my humble opinion) and because DPC is probably too proud to admit he fucked up with her characther/model.
Also, do remind that her scenes had less than 60s of animations in total (2% of the total animations in EP 10), so it was probably something done to inflate EP10 lewd scene count, otherwise it would have only 13 scenes (with 2 of them being extremly short like Sage cinema scene & Lily BJ).
Now, while I would love for her to disappear and never appear again, that won't happen because DPC will always DPC, but it does appear she will have some plot relevance since she did appear on Sage's date even if you never met her in game.
At worst I see her getting one scene in EP 10, mostly because it's something than inflates the lewd scene number and probably it's really easy to do since all her scenes share the same assets, something that likely make them easier to do and require less planning.
about Madame: initially the sidegirls had space every other chapter. lately this has changed as many of them have gained prominence or otherwise taken up space. not all of them, for example Camilla and Jade have retained this non-constant presence.
we need to see if Madame, regardless of the judgment of her, will increase her weight in the story. her presence during the date with Sage makes me think so, it is the first time we see her outside of the vip pass. it seems hard to me that we will not see her in the next chapter, and once we meet her having at least one lewd scene seems “ ineluctable” to me
I wouldn't read too much (or anything at all) into seeing Madame during Sage's date. It's just an Easter egg, it just shows that she is an actual person who has a life outside her job, and it could have been anyone there, too. It's a bit like when we saw Cathy and Jade in the mall, it just shows that they are more than just teachers, they do stuff out of school too (though of course that meeting had a small interaction included in it for comedy effect).
And also, "increase her weight in the story" suggests that she has some to start with! I've never met Madame in any of my saves, but from those who have, all I hear is that there is no link whatsoever, she's just a random add-on rather than being an actual part of the story.
The frame where Sage puts her hand on her face in embarrassment, is the same mannerism Madam does in the background. That tells me there's more to it than just someone living their day to day life.

(Not my image, but one I found)
That doesn't tell us anything, they did it for different reasons, and it's something plenty of people do. Sage is putting her face in her hand out of embarrassment, Madame is shielding her face with her hand to try to avoid being seen/identified. It's not even the same gesture, or mannerism, as you suggest it to be.
And she's hiding from the MC, not anyone else. If you do not go to Madame (as most sensible will not), she walks in without a care in the world and no hiding of her face.
Sage has just talked with MC about their anal sex and realized the waiter heard. No wonder she's embarrassed.
may be, but DPC hardly makes random renders. it is not the same situation as the example you give, that scene takes place on campus where it is “normal” for Jade and Cathy to be there, instead Madame's presence is anything but normal (What would be the point of making a scene to show that there is a character you don't know and won't know?).
kind of like what happened with Jill's cheater friends who we could meet with Quinn (if not in Jill's path) before we knew who they really were
the fact that she is not canon doesn't mean anything, most of the interactions with the sidegirls are not canon, but Nora from being the one-night stand has become a professor, Lily and Nicole have become almost “official,” one can increase one's importance in the story even in just a few runs
Madame is not a random addition, she probably did not get the reception DPC expected, but she has her own destiny to pursue as well.
So just resurrecting a not so older post of mine:Is the mall on campus? Why would Madame going to a restaurant not be normal? It's what people do in their evenings, there's no reason Madame wouldn't do that. For me, her showing up is a little Easter egg. If you don't use her services, you don't know her, but it's just a little background joke if you do (like MC in the library, for example).
Obviously yes, characters can increase their importance in the story, I'm just saying that there's absolutely nothing to say Madame will do that just because she shows up in this scene. You could have anyone walk past there, the chess-playing male teacher, for example. I just think a couple of people are reading too much into seeing someone you recognise in the background in a completely normal circumstance.
The guy in the hat in front of the Madame is Mr Wallace (the guy that Burke used to work for as well as the namesake for Wallace Resources, the company sponsoring the dodgy scholarships that Burke is awarding to HOTs who prostitute themselves out):
First shot is Wallace 10 years ago vs Second shot is now:
Less hair, slightly older...
And he seems to be with the Madame:
AKA Priscilla from Wallace Resources.
This makes the Madame a much more important character (which really needs to happen if she's gonna keep showing up).
