Delete the game, get a clean install and start a new save.
And you may have to clear the persistent file as well, but... don't ask me where in the appdata folder these are, I'm not a renpy professional, which is why I said to contact the maker of the mod.

Depending on which mod you used you will need a clean install of the game. It's safer to just delete it and reinstall without any mods.
