You'd have to use the same mod in S3 (and each time a new update comes out, you'd need to wait for the mod to be updated). This game's dev is particularly anti-mod and puts code in to try and prevent them. The modders get around it, but it takes them a bit more work to do so each time.
I would just recommend that you don't use that mod to choose multiple paths for S3 (e.g., both Sage and Maya/Josy) because that's where it will start to cause problems as the game isn't built for that.

Wow, this is definitely the hottest set of previews so far, so let's hope ep 11 is worth the wait as it seems to have some potentially memorable lewd scenes.
The one I'm looking forward to the most is the anal threesome with Josy and Maya. I think it's probably triggered by their daring game and I'm curious to see how it is introduced and how they will react to MC big cock up their virgin assholes.
A branch that seems very promising to me is the vacation with Jill and Bella (and Bianca?) that I think could play a big role in Jill opening up as it seems the perfect place for some romantic and intimate conversation. Here depending on the path there will be sex with Bella and probably with Jill. The preview with Bianca and Bella naked is a mistery to me as I don't expect them to be like this in front of MC but also Jill would be uncomfortable with the situation.
The MG with less spoiler about lewd is Sage. I would like to see her fucking MC in his old room while visiting Neil and I think it should finally be the time for the threesome she promised at Halloween, with the panty party being a good occasion to deliver. I'm curious to see who will be the other girl as Camila who seemed the best candidate will probably have her own scene.
The party panty will surely offer a lot of thongs and really hot lingerie sets and I hope will offer some good lewds on the others path. I'm really courious about the outfits the girls will chose and in particular about Josy and Maya and the possible reactions of Tommy and derek. I don't know how DPC will deal with the panty party in Jill and Bella path, as Bella obviously can't go and for Jill seems out of characters and would be a really big step to go even with a conservative outfit. Would they let him go to such a party alone? The only solution I can think of is that the panty party and the vacation are mutually exclusive and MC attends one or the other based on the path we are on, and it also could be that Bianca is there only when MC is not.
Last but not least let's hope the Sally preview is the prelude of a lewd with her and not just teasing from DPC.

Given DPС's irrational fear of spoilers and the sheer number of Josie previews suggests that it's likely Josy's branch won't be particularly interesting. I remember before ep9 release there were a lot of Sage previews and her branch ended up being probably the most boring. There was a lot of sex along the way but almost no interesting twists and turns.
Conversely in ep10 there were two or three previews of Sage, he deliberately hid her from us the whole development and we ended up with the best branch in the whole episode, with cute Sage trying to build a relationship with MC. In ep10 by the way there were also a lot of Bella previews and her branch was a short one that was memorable only for Bella's anal scene.
So we can already assume that most likely all the drama will revolve around Sage, Maya and Quinn. Considering how happy Maya is in all the previews, I don't think her situation with the documents, even in case of failure somehow affected her.

Looking at them all collected like that there isn't a single one of them women I'd be unhappy getting a scene for in the next Episode. It's impressive how many characters he made that work. Just wish work and kids gave me the time to play even all the main girl routes at least once.
Also makes it all the more baffling he doubled down on Madame instead of quietly dropping or replacing her. Since she seems close to universally disliked to the point I'm pretty sure if he had a poll on the Patreon to replace her with a minigame the minigame would win, I would vote minigame. He has an entire cast of characters that hit and he repeatedly focuses time and effort on the one side character that was DOA. Devs and what they choose to dig their heels on over just baffle me sometimes.

You need to get series 1 and 2. Then you will need to transfer the saves from them, once completed to what will be series 3 but is currently interlude, 9 and 10.
