I don't really think we will get elena scene this episode. I am excited when it does happen, but the text from Elena was just saying they will talk about it. So I think this episode they all talk and maybe kiss, maybe some light fondling in front of John Boy just to have a feeling out process, then ep.12 will be the big scene.

Well, he's always said about not posting previews that contain spoilers, so it would make sense that this image is a preview to nothing much at all. If anything, the absence of any "good" preview with Elena makes it more likely for her to have a scene (based on this reasoning) than for Sally to have one.
