So, does that mean that Season 3 (ending with episode 12) will close the paths for the main girls, then a DLC will add the endings for all the others? i am not expert, but in my logic: expansion and dlc are not the same. dlc can be anything, it is just "downloadable content". expansion supposed to make the game bigger after that is complet.
and to make it more hard, there is patch what is "free and not-optional dlc" if not only just bugfix.

Well. This is a silly move. Nice to see a bunch of preveiws but this is such a mislead to people. This is the post on the Steam page.

"While the store pages are a clear milestone in this project, you're probably wondering about the development progress.

It's been a long year for me, and I've worked diligently on Episode 11, which is now in the late stages of its development cycle.

The episodes continue to grow in size throughout this passion-filled project and I'm close to the point where one single episode is almost the size of the entirety of Season 1.
As you know from last year's news, Season 3 will be even bigger than Season 2 - and considerably so.

With Episode 11, animations are now 60 fps as a standard and I have continued to push the image quality up.
I'm doing my utmost to bring you the continuation that you deserve and progress is being made 24/7.

After I conclude the development of Episode 11, only one more episode remains to be developed before I can bring Season 3 to you on Steam.

Premsuming episode 12 isn't smaller, the chances of him getting it out to Steam before June 2026 are remote. Doing a big promotion like this 18 months out seems like a really strange move. Better to of waited for 11 to be completed and then announce one more episode to go.

Previews are nice, though feel like he is giving a bit to much away now.

I enjoy the game.
My comment was about being forced to replay it from scratch in the (fictional) case that DPC decided that previous saves weren't compatible with Episode 12.

Wouldn't do it.

Why? I don't understand.
Judging by the information from steam, season 3 won't come out until after episode 12 is finished anyway.
The only explanation is to tease fans with new previews and trailers, smoothing out the wait.
He realizes that ep 11 won't come out this year and the new trailers, info, spoilers are like a Christmas present.
That's how I see it.
