I guess that players who didn't insult her cooking at the beginning of the story had less of a memory refresh to remember this side side side character.

This is kinda different. There was no way to deliver on Fuck Fuck Fuck since it would only have ment huge changes for specific players unless he somehow made it be the same for everybody (and that would have made absolutely no sense). There were too many threads from different paths. But with Rio, there's nothing big in the way, just 2 paths (Rio LI or just friend).

The main LIs are the ones in the end screen, Bella, Sage, Jill, Josy and Maya. He has been very clear about that.
