There's a chance that Episode 12 isn't quite so intensive if it follows how Episode 10 had a smaller party, or even has a party at all depending on how the story goes.

Definitely think the main party in Episode 11 is largely responsible for how long it's taken this time.

There's loads of stuff unexplained but the Sally stuff has been pretty focused in how she appears more and more at parties as time goes on and it does look to have started after you join the DIKs.

Not sure if the party is the culprit, even it's looking like a huge event that will probably be 20% of the whole EP.

I feel that, now that the game is so path dependent, DPC is probably trying to stuff each LI route with as much as possible content.

Add in all of his stupid decisions like the 60fps animations, the useless cutscenes (I'm sure that season 3 trailer took over a month to render), the excessive minigames and suddently you are 1 year without an update.

Also, tomorrow its the one year anniversary of EP 10 release.

Boy I wish tomorrow was as great as last year's 8th of december...

They did talk over and over about how there was "one huge free roam" if I recall correctly, and a lot of the LI stuff has happened during them. The minigames and posing of animations probably don't take that much active dev time at this point, it's rendering time that's the killer.

We'll obviously only really know when it comes out but I do get the feeling that this episode's party is going to be the largest by some margin given where the story's gone.

But Sally is kind of a Fanservice, who appears more often after episode 6 .you right about that one

This is in fact showed in the game: Sally started buy her medications from Quinn and then Quinn invited her to the HOTs party in ep. 7. After that she started attend to parties from now on because of either: a) is where she and Quinn do business. b) she just took a like for parties once she went to one for the first time.

Cage Key is absolutely on the "Metal Bar" on "Center point of the screen". In the Middle. Just hover in the Middle on the Metal Bar. Don't go to Sides or Corners. Center part is where the Key is.

I think you are way off - eps 11 should be in beta soon and 12 will prob be smaller than 11 due to narrowing of the story due to previous choices. I would say end of next year for the entire season 3.

ep 11 is not even close to be finished, let alone be in beta test. and Considering that already started to promote season 3 on steam, before he even finished ep 11, it is a very good indication that Season 3 actually will only have 3 episode.

and ep 12 will be the beginning of season 4, if he not give us an another Interlude in the mean time. And you can bet your ass that that ep 12 will have 8000 Render, and its gonna keep growing wiht each episode

We should have a free roam that requires MC to pass mini-games to advance further. Like at a party he gets pulled into beer pong (must win) and has to console a crying drunk girl (based on the gender studies game) and save the plants on the patio from being trampled (a new game!), and each step/clicking on an arrow consumes an energy resource. PEAK ENTERTAINMENT

1 remember spending like 1 hour lost in the party free roam, i could not be more exited playing HYPE

Ep 12 will be bigger than 11 100% so DPC can keep stroking his ego with the "biggest update of the game. Another record! look how i'm the greatest and praise me you fuckers!" bullshit to his patrons and will take no less than 18 months 100000%
Season 3 won't be released on steam until end of 2026 at he best. And season 4 will be completed only at the end of 2033 at the best because is 10000000000000% sure at least 2 episodes of season 4 will take +2 whole years of development.
At least is still better than other games that will take literally +30 years to be finished with their release pace, i think. Either way, stop delude yourself with this "next episode will be smaller" thing. DPC just say this bullshit at the beginning of every dev cycle just to string people along with this empty hope.

To be fair it is very close to being finished. At this point it's the animations that are likely to be the last thing done and beta testing can happen without those being completed if he was smart about it.
