It is based on a Mercedes, but it's been so long (dig intended) that I can't remember the specific model. As a convertible (cabriolet for those who speak fancy) it's either the CLE or SL.

Side note - I don't recall ever seeing a "featured" car in any Renpy game that's not based on a real car. Of course, I haven't played them all, but the work involved in creating a car model from scratch is a lot of effort for next to no gain.
