Edit: After thinking more about it, I change it to less likely. There's a chance but maybe not as big as I first thought.

Good point. Even Sarah and Mel don't really show that side in public. Besides, they already have a role to fill (especially with Camila and Riona being toned down lately) and Lily is already the school girl who's also a stripper.

Part of the reason Mona left was because she didn't want to bang old guys.
She will 100% have old guys leering at her, feeling her up, paying for VIP treatment... not to mention fat guys, ugly guys, any other kind of guy that turns her off, will be a customer. She can't afford to be picky in a job like that, it won't always be private DIK parties where every guy is young.
Sarah and Mel already fuck around a lot, they probably see the restaurant as easy money, rather than something they need to do for the money. But then again, we don't really know most of the girls' situations.

Tbf the Steam announcement came with 13 new previews, plus the Sage banner and that gif. It wouldn't be too unreasonable to say that's the end of previews for Episode 11.
... I'd still like some more though

Being honest and without making jokes about Maya, the the most likely candidates are Camila and Riona. They have enough experience thanks to the restaurant and, specially Riona, have doubts about continue to work with Quinn (Riona's kidnapping can be the trigger)
