I could see it as a stinger at the end of the episode, not unlike the one in Episode 8. But you know, this time it's actually our kid. Or maybe Nora pulls MC aside after class, to have a little chat...
I can't recall off the top of my head, and with all the time skips in Episode 10, I don't even know how far apart the date with Nora and Thanksgiving is. But since we pick up right after leaving Maya's house, there's a chance we learn about it before Christmas.
