There is also the fact quinn has displayed high levels of intellect throughout the game, she is a chess player, obviously both the game and in real life, that is her chess like attitude towards, the drugs, vinny, the restaurant etc. She's also in a higher education environment and, someone can correct me if I'm wrong, do we even know what she's studying?

Now I'm not saying playing chess and being in Uni is a sign of the highest intellect ever. But to suggest Quinn has no business knowing that word is plain ignorant.

Well, people pick things up from all different places. There's nothing to say that Quinn could not possibly know the word, that's just ridiculous. Hey, maybe she even heard it on an episode of The Big Bang Theory?

It's just completely wrong to suggest that only scientists or people of other "high-intellect" courses or professions will know certain words. It's not as if it's something that's generally restricted to a particular, niche area of study, like "spondylosis" or something (and to demonstrate the point, I'm not a scientist and I've never studied bone degeneration, but I know the word "spondylosis").

Well it's as I said playing chess is not the gold standard of high intellect. While I agree she's not some proffessor Moriarty criminal master mind and is actually quite out of her depth. She's obviously got a somewhat intellectual mind to be at least be play the game. (to be fair that could be bollocks too as do we actually know if she's any good)

My point was there is simply no reason to think quinn doesn't have the intellect to know the word paradigm

While I'm not the biggest Thruple fan so my opinion may be biased so to speak. I've never really understood why people seem to think Maya and Josy are good together. Both of them are into MC more than they are the other, both of them cheated with MC before the Thruple situation started. Both of them seem to get jealous when MC spends more time with the others. There's foundations laid for that Thruple to end and only one of the pair remain with MC.

Their relationship is more of an accident than a "destiny". Both young, not very experienced and trying girl -girl relationship maybe for the first time.Tremolo can work both ways here.
As a stabilizing factor: to reconcile them when a conflict is brewing, pay equal attention to each girl and make Throuple successful, going through the brewing crisis of their relationship. Or to intensify the conflict, paying attention to only one and gently pushing towards a breakup. Each of the girls will get a solo route, I have no doubt about it.

Funnily it's the same thing with Lily when she gets very defensive when she, or strippers in general, are labeled as stupid and promiscuous. Despite being herself a stripper and a drug user, she plans to work in healthcare and her stipper activity is just a way to ensure that she has no debts or mortgages to pay after college.

I can see 4 of them being a definite option, the josy/Maya staying together I have trouble with. As I've said and as Geralt From Rivia went on to further elaborate. With out MC to sorta be the stabilising factor in that relationship. Josy and Maya aren't really that compatible or into each other (esp after having been with MC)

You're transferring your personal experience to the experience of the game. That's wrong.
You probably got a good education, you have life experience, you communicate with a lot of people and read and it is quite natural for you to say such florid phrases and words in an argument. And besides, it's wrong to transfer reality into art. Art is not a copy of reality, but an artist's interpretation of it.

The people in Breaking Bad are adults. If you follow Jesse's lines, you'll notice he never uses complicated words. He talks like a drug addict, he has a lot of slang and swear words. Walter White, on the other hand, speaks in long sentences and has complex speech structures because he is more educated and intelligent than Jesse.
It's kind of weird that you're justifying an obvious mistake by DPС. The dialog in the game is poorly written. First of all, they are all frontal, there is no subtext in them. Secondly, the language in the game is very poor and functional, there are no interesting references to pop culture. Third, all the characters speak the same way. Josy's vocabulary is not fundamentally different from Maya's.
The script and especially the dialog is tricky. Aaron Sorkin used to lock himself in his house all day and write his famous action dialogs. Oscar Wilde could wake up in the morning put a comma in and delete that comma during the day.
He could throw away several pages of drafts because of the wrong word or phrase.
