1, - Cece is the bestThe problem I have with zoey is she dumped the mc ran off failed and came back trying to start where it ended. And that doesnt work very often. In every other vn ive played the former girlfriend had a a much better feel - jackie in u4ia is my favorite of all the girls, erynn in intertwined and step in LoF ( other than cece) were all my favorite girls. And any time I play a path not on that girls path i feel bad for them. I dont feel bad for zoey.
2, - Zoey wanted mc go with her to the new city (San Diego or something), so nothing dumped stuff
3, - she came back not to start where it ended, she realized she love him in ep 10 and ran away...
i do. example Sage. i dont like her first impression. i decided her fate in that moment. she will be dicked down and dropped away. after the game started shower a nicer side of her and offered friends with benefits. i said, okay. you can be friend after a good sex. It's one of the most frustrating things for me and it is a problem across many AVNs. We are encouraged to self insert (and given options to name the MC), but then we have the MC's deep connection with a certain person, that we just don't have.
If you are reading along as story then this is perfectly fine, but if you self-insert (which I always do), it's very frustrating.
But to be fair, Zoey is nowhere near as bad as some other exes or childhood friends that get forced upon us in other AVNs.
mc wanted always more. always something romantical. but i didnt care with his stupid feelings... you can guess how much fun is to me her path. but finally ep8 solved this problem.
i wouldnt care it mistake. she lost her family (the one who supported her what a family doing) there must to be grief. the new city was her grief. she wanted go and she wanted go with mc. she didnt do anything bad. she lived her life and wanted it with mc. but mc wanted stay. both mc and Zoey wanted live his/her own life with each other, while the partner wanted something else.Totally agree with you, man!
First of all I'm not a follower of the "church of [insert here your character]" even tough I do have my preferences.
After playing BADIK a few more times, especially the interlude, I started to see Zoey's character from a different light. She made a mistake, motivated by the erroneous idea that the moment of her grandmother death, who always supported her (and from my own experience I connect with that part the story very easily) was her last chance to actually try a new life.
In her hasty calculation, made worse by the loss and consequent grief, she makes a decision that does not take the MC into consideration. And that's her sin. In my view, perhaps the only one, but it did a lot of damage to both her and the MC. It was playing again that I realized that I had made this mistake myself once. Friends of mine also, to a greater or lesser extent, made the same mistake. Who never? I really don't see reason for hate; I'd say, at least for me, it's more a question of broken a implicit confidence, a love that was generaly translated the only way rebel teenagers knows how: doing sex e stupid stuff.
And I agree: the moment couldn't be worst for reckoning between the two...and that's life!! Life doesn't give shit about the best moment for us to deal with bad choices, stupid ideas or dreams. The boomerang never forgets. Zoey and MC create another life for themselves when they both parted ways and to realocate what that person means to you, with all the fellings and memories...it's rather quite complicated.
Now, in terms narrative, to me it looked tha DPC just did it for sake of chaos, to add some spicy and weight to the choices tha may come yet
And sorry if I extended myself!!
i was thinking on it. what would be the best solution in moral way. mc want stay, Zoey have to go. they dont want the same and the compromise is impossible. my answer to myself was: they dont match. because, i think if one of them give up her/his own dream for the other, it would be bad relationship.
they did the hard, but the right thing. they dont have a future in a relationship.
in that case, well spend money, every dollar worth it.Nick stole it to buy his fucking fish![]()
