I posted a long time ago, it is a different form of Being A Dik. It was cruel to the max. A sane MC would have already known she had feelings for him. Anything after those indications show a lack of doing almost anything right. Also being completely oblivious or just insensitive to leading someone on. And also, Bella is worth it a hundred times over.
