in bad scenario, she cant think a 19 years old kid would be a good father. mc (drug, sex, prostitution, emontionally instability, money, family and other problems "happy" owner) have rights on that child if he is the father. it is a problem and a risk to Nora. what if mc use these rights? what kind of influence would he have on that poor child? (see Quinn) Nora just cant want this, right? so, "going after Mona" would be a good idea for her or at least she should leave mc alone.

Well considering the reasons Quinn would be on the naughty list a whole lot of girls would end up there with her. Namely Sarah, Mel, Riona, Camila, Heather and Lily.
If Elena wants the job it's hers but she probably doesn't. Ashley is too shy. Arieth is too Arieth.
Between Josy and Maya I'd say Maya is more likely.
Why would Quinn gets kicked out or loses her VP position? She already said she's going to drop the college soon.
I honestly think the next president after Sage is going to be LILY. She's now the party-planner of HOTs... also she is so close to Sage more than any girl in HOTs.
Remember Sage's date in the last episode. She was so nervous. But LILY calmed her down, and gave her some tips about the dress and the accesories. Quinn was also there but she didn't say anything. She doesn't care about Sage or HOTs anymore. It's perfectly understandable. She has bigger problems now.

In my opinion, Quinn will only have a happy ending if the MC is in her path. In EP.9, Rox says something interesting:
"You can't trust anyone in life... except for your dad, you hear? And even if you're forced to trust someone else... Keep them at arm's length without letting them know about it. Because trust can be taken away instantly. Just like your king trusted the pawns around him to keep him safe, but instead they trapped him and became the end of him."
I can see Riona turning on Quinn and abandoning her in EP.11. Could this dialogue be a foreshadowing that Quinn will be also abandoned by Camilla, Sarah and Melanie when Sage finds out about the “Restaurant” (or even before, when Quinn mentions that the deal with Stephen has come to an end)?
MC, in Other's route, is clearly going to have to choose a side when shit hits the fan (will he side with Quinn or Riona?). The point is, no one is going to want to help Quinn except DIK MC. Can you see Sage and Quinn still being friends when the truth comes out? I can't. Maybe the EP.11 synopsis itself mentions this (?):
Winter has come. A fight breaks out and you're left wondering who you can trust. While some grow closer than before, others may never return to what they once were.
Perhaps this is Quinn's Paradigm Shift, she will realize that everything she believed to be right (due to her father's teachings) was a lie and that her way of thinking, acting and seeing the world has always been wrong. I just can't see Quinn canonically asking MC for help. Even if she does ask MC there will be little to no reason to help her, especially when the game makes it clear how close (again, canonically) MC is to Sage and Maya.
In other words... Quinn's happy ending is locked into her route only, unfortunately.

to be fair, it is very unlikely that the story goes that far that the Hots or other groups would need new President and Vice president etc.
may be in some kind of epilogue it will be mentioned or shown what happened in the remaining 3 year, and may be in some case beyond that.
