You're missing the "Others" branch while having a DIK affinity and not being on a main girl branch. The Others branch have multiple routes since you can pursue different paths there.
Else you got the main girls covered.

Others can be played on any affinity, though a lot CHICK options in the major choices shut off scenes so a Chick affinity Others run is pretty low on content.

Key points: Don't start the throuple in ep 4. Don't go on the picnic date with Jill. Seducing Cathy shuts down Bella's path, but other than that you can have the choice of "Isabella", "Sage" and "Others" at ep 8.

Usually he released a chapter once a year. As you can see, something happened this year and the chapter did not come out.

The updates are going to get bigger and bigger to account for all the variables, there's also been a whole new character introduced in Zoey that will presumably need either a major branch like a main girl or a small one like a side girl as well as scenes. Anything heavily choice driven especially if you add more and more along the way is going to increasingly bloat once it reaches it's midpoint and home stretch parts because every choice is more work down the road even if all planned out.

That's also why not saving time by sticking to 30fps animations wasn't a great idea or was a fantastic idea if you like maximizing money. Depending on how cynical you're feeling .

A year is the minimum it'll take to make an episode now unless he massacres the women makes massive content cuts, hires help or a miracle tech comes out. And even then wouldn't get much hope up.

I agree, among the main L.I. I think Jill is the one going backwards in terms of design. In my latest playthrough most of the ugly design came from the latter part of the game. But as you said if DPC nails it, I can say that Jill is the most beautiful character in my opinion. This is coming from a Sage lover

So I'm feeling kinda dumb for probably missing things here but...

How many lines are there for love interests for MC going from season two to three?

I've only played through 1 and 2 once so far and had 4 options. Josy/Maya, Jill, Bella and Sage.

I made a save before the choice and played through all 4 of those in season 2 and made a separate save for each and have so far played through season 3 with Josy/Maya, Jill and Bella and will probably hit Sage today, but it sure feels like there would/should be more options.

At the end of episode 10 you can get if you are in others: Jade path, Nora path, Quinn path, Nicole path, Lily path and Riona path.
If you have enough time to play BaDIK, you should play at least one Massive DIK run (If you play well our cards , you can unlock all the girls I mentioned).

You can get Nicole with any affinity if I'm not wrong, but you will lost some content depending of the affinity. For example you need to be a massive DIK to fuck her asshole during Pink Rose first freeroam and you need to be CHICK if you want to cuddle with her at episode 10.

you need a DIK major choice for the first content of her, but otherwise it doesn't matter, in fact in the end there is an extra variant if you are CHICK
