Yes for the most part you can still help the girls, for sure you can help Jill with her concert even if you aren't on her path, as long as you are in good terms with her of course (and try on your guitar at least twice), of course you can also still help Maya with her home situation.
You can, yep. Quinn is the only one you can't help if not on her route. That's one of the great things with Being a DIK, there are many friendships you can keep without losing any major content. It's not like some other VNs where if you turn down a girl you never see them again.

I agree. It's hard to know exactly when since DPC have said that season 4 won't be a normal season because there are so many endings that need to be done, but Episode 12 I also feel is too soon.
Yeah, I think we all thought that Quinn would be the main villain. In a way, I kinda wish she would have been since we get to know her, but the way she has developed, she doesn't fit that role anymore.
I think he can see the ending coming and he has too much story still to tell. He took it really slow in the beginning to build up, maybe too slow, and now he's proberbly a bit stressed, and he wants to keep to the planned number of episodes. He has mentioned that he didn't plan for it to take this long to finish the game, it became bigger than he expected.
