That's why she tells MC that she's going to leave college.

I know that part, but "Quinn = Priscilla" is just Occam's razor: Stephen is made aware of the free tuition rumor, calls Priscilla, and then the next time we see him after the meeting with Maya is his meeting with Quinn, where he more than likely put an end to the whole thing, and Quinn seemingly confirms it by saying she's going to drop out.

That's why I'm asking in general, for those that do believe this, what is the point of Quinn being Priscilla? It'd be the same exact thing but with an extra step.

Until the eighth chapter you can do almost anything you want, and attending any of the five MGs does not hinder you in any way from attending the others.

at the 8th chapter it is mandatory to choose between the individual MGs or all SGs, at which point it is either Sage or Quinn

Although it is the first time we see it directly, it is entirely predictable that Quinn and Burke talk to each other, especially at a critical moment.

DPC shows her to us several times, as if on purpose. To make this character memorable.

But I gotta ask... if it is Quinn, what's the point? Some brief extra mystery to tease fans with? What does "Priscilla" add to Quinn as a character, or to the story? What noticeable difference does it make calling her that instead of just Quinn?

Someone has already said that Priscilla may be Madame Rose. I agree with that.

If Priscilla = Quinn (which I don't think, although at one time I did think it possible), you can see why she goes by Quinn, the Divine Priscilla just doesn't have the same zing to it.

I don't think Priscilla is Quinn. First and foremost the call happen before the holloween party. If Quinn is Priscilla they should have a talked before the holloween party event because there is plenty of time for that to happen if it is very important. Another issue is how Stephen speak to Priscilla is as if she is a higher standing or they are equal partner.
