In my opinion, Riona treats MC better if you choose the neutral option. You can sense the respect in her words, but she disagrees with him and will probably try to seduce him when she gets the chance.
If MC just kisses her, it seemed to me that she is even disappointed that he is in a relationship kissing her and doesn't believe he is serious.
The way I see it.
Riona runs away from Vinnie or he lets her go. She doesn't go to Quinn because she thinks it's her fault and goes to MC's room. And she'll tell him he's the only one she trusts, etc. and they'll make love against that backdrop.
That'll be the first cheating.

I feel like the Neutral and CHICK options should be swapped. Refusing her with no elaboration feels more Neutral, while saying you're in a relationship and talking to Rio about what she's looking for in the future is way more CHICK-ish. And I like that scenario ;)
