Not expecting a baby yet. That will happen in season 4. If the marriage and the baby happen at the same time, the marriage happens because of the baby. Because it's the responsible thing to do. It takes all the romance out of it.
Marriage first because they want it, then the baby because MC got too romantic and Sage threw away all the birth control. There are consequences to learning to play a girl's favourite boardgame and losing on purpose.

After replaying this, I fell in love with the Sage Route all over again. When they officially become together, 10/10.
Also, I love the subtle hints that DPC dropped, Sage might not leave after all and may pursue her masters meaning more time with the MC.
