I really hope so, my image (together with a few others I found on Google) would be a nice setup for Tremolo to have sex with Sally and Spock's animation might be a setup to have sex with Gina or at least give her a larger role in the story.
I also saw a promo pic of a sad Sage on the phone with Tremolo behind her. I think that might either be a part of the scene where she hears about Riona, an update about Maya's finances or that she learns about Tremolo and Jade. Unfortunately I found it once and cannot find it again.

Thank you! Some of those that stand under previews look more like non-canon than real storylines though, like the goth M&J or the naked Bianca and Bella.All the previews are here, thanks to VaderExMachina

If they are released under preview tag, they will be in the game, its always been the case. Non canon are called 'Special Renders"

You really need to lose this idea that some of the non-special render previews won't be in the game. I know DPC is an asshole but there's no reason to believe he'd do that.
MJ is all geared up for an anal adventure, and B&B are either in some flashback with Jill or things get crazy during this winter getaway
