Maya dodged from shackles of Quinn due to quick wits of Josy, had Josy not suggested to show video proof to Arieth, then Quinn would have gaslighted Maya in similar position as Riona. At first it was just so Quinn could weed out unnecessarily extra HOTs daughters but later it became just a way to mess with Maya just for her sadistic satisfaction.

Her other being dumb moment was fucking with Tommy and Diks during Diks evaluation which brought Vinny back in the scene. All she had to do was make a simple phone call and inform Diks that they're booked for the day.

So for Quinn it is just fuck around and find out. You can't even feel sorry for her. It is just Karma being a bitch.

Lord Bradley has done a Chick others AAR on Nicole. And it is very flavourful and DPC approved, since you get extra scene with her on being Chick affinity.

They had alternatives in Pink Roses. She purposely hid it. She's a habitual liar and even lied that Riona is smoking for free to shift blame on Riona.

That alternative would've been accepted by Rusty, but almost certainly not by Tommy. I believe he also wanted Quinn to come to buy more drugs, which he could not do with the Pink Roses.

I believe that at first Derek doesn't believe you, but he believes you a couple of sentences later (as he usually does).

Lily is smart, Quinn probably not. Quinn can only push buttons of those on whom she has a hook. For all the chess master she thinks she is, she is pretty dumb. Her screwing with Maya unnecessarily just for lolz destroyed her pimp business. There are many more dumb things she has done.

Quinn's plans have a 0 success rate for now. But Lily's first idea is about to start a war with Vinnie. Not a good impression as a criminal mastermind

To be fair, except for the Maya debacle, imo the other few plans we see Quinn has failed were because of bad luck, not because they were bad plans.

Also a totally different question: Is it possible in Season 2 to get the "others" option while being neutral? I followed an achievement guide on steam and in the end Neutral gave me the same end options as the Chick route.

The Others path doesn't depend on affinity. If Jill's path is active or Josy & Maya's path, the Others path is blocked. The implication is that with Jill and J&M MC has gone so far that he can no longer go back to playing the field, while with Sage or Bella he can still doubt having a relationship at all. It's ironic because Sage and Bella seem like the most solid relationships in the game.

"So many failures" I've only counted 3 or 4 plans of hers in the game of which 1 was doing relatively fine (drugsselling) until she was robbed of the newly bought drugs which made her prices skyrocket.

And again, as she expected (and we found out) if she called Tommy she would killed her plan with almost 0% chance of success, instead of what happened now.

. I have doubts that Lily was simply a client with Vinnie, and not already an intermediary as now with Quinn. But even if she were just a client, to "betray" Vinnie without thinking that there will be consequences is very naive

Her excuses for not buying drugs from Vinnie wouldn't have fooled a half brain dimwit and instantly buying from another dealer selling the exact same product was even more stupid. Even the way she immediately came to Quinn's rescue when Vinnie arrived in Episode 9 was suss. It was litteraly admitting to Vinnie she knew about Quinn being a dealer too and that they were acquainted. It was almost a direct confession.

A smart girl would have waited a couple of weeks before buying from another seller and started small so it wouldn't have aroused suspicion but aparently Lily is supposed to be one of the smartest character of the game, that's probably why the bar is not very high.
