I don't agree with this one. The house doesn't seem that big for the suburb, and I believe they're usually also aren't that expensive for an American house of that size. Also I believe she says that she has a low income and looking at Tybbie's presentation she lives in a low to middle income neigborhood. Nothing about her shouts "trust fund"-like.

No, the new Funeral Planning mini-game for the next episode is already dedicated to Riona according to all analysts and bookmakers. You can hope for Quinn maybe in the 12th, no earlier, sorry. There could be a choice in 12th where you can choose who's the one that Bella kills. Because we all know that Bella is in the plot just for one reason: she's the crazy chick that goes mental and start killing people.

He talks a lot of shit, but that still means that the neighborhood where Bella lives is well below the price class of being "prep-worthy", that's why I also included mid-income homes and not just low-income.

Well yeah, just about anything will be beneath his standards. But yeah middle-class, perhaps a touch above that. It's a two-story house with a pool and a goddamn sauna.

That being said, it was her parents' house, so who knows how well off they were, or if she added anything to it.

You can get a decent to good pool and sauna of those sizes for about $2000 - $ 3000 each as long as your backyard is big enough. They're not that expensive to build.
