Yeah, some are slow burning like Jill, some are 100% from the get go like Sage, some seem like it came out of nowhere like Rio's. Even Quinn doesn't feel like anything for a while, I didn't notice until her hangout where she says you don't have to pay her and she cuddles MC when he passes it out.

No two relationships feel the same, like I've been playing another VN the past couple of days, and I've fucking loved it, it's moved into my top 5, but within 2 weeks all the LIs are saying I love you, when in my mind there's only one who's probably justified in saying it. Sure each one has different story beats, but it feels like every story is meant to progress at the same pace

We have finally reached the final status update for episode 11. Two days ago, the PCs finished rendering the animations, and shortly thereafter, I continued to prepare the beta builds.

Beta testing

Beta testing started yesterday, and the testers are digging into the episode. They have plenty of work ahead of them.
I've seen many newcomers ask, and to clarify, my beta tests are always private with my trusted team of testers, and it's not something available from my Patreon tiers. It's the final step before release that I carry out to bring you a more polished experience.

I've played the episode a lot, and I'm at the point where it's hard for me to spot issues on my own - my brain feels like mush. That's where the testers excel—they bring fresh eyes that will find things I missed.
I'm fixing everything that gets reported, and testers have a checklist to work through during beta testing. Everything on that list needs a tick before testing is complete, and testing will be allowed to take as long as needed. How much time is needed varies from episode to episode.

Release date announcement

My next communication with you will be the release date announcement. After I get a good sense of how much needs to be fixed during beta testing, I will announce it.

I usually play Sage branch as my first playthrough for a new update, but this time I'm going with the Others one because I want to know if we can either bang Sally or DPC is trolling us... :HideThePain:

I have my playthroughs set but I don't have a Zoey one. For those that do are you having fun with any other girls or playing a saint until you get her? Debating on playing one or just waiting

I have 2 ready for her: 1 others with no fun, and 1 with where I have sex with almost anyone possible and where in ep 8 I got only the possibility between Sage and Others.

She's personally my DikNothing/Monk run, but I don't think it's unreasonable that MC slept with one or two people at B&R if the opportunity arose. I wouldn't use the resturant so maybe like Lily or something

we know we have at least 2 big free-roam and 1 not that big in ep11... but the episode is bigger. so maybe circa 2 week beta testing looks?

Last beta for EP10 started between 13th or 15th November 2023, that is what he wrote in his status update on 17th November 2023. Episode 10 was releases on 8th December 2023. So that was 23-25 days of Beta testing, more than three weeks.

Episode 11 has got recycled mini-games, so less debugging for that, but it has got more big free roams, that take some time to debug. It's difficult to predict, but we can expect at least two weeks of testing.

Some parts of the world celebrate Christmas in July, if you're really wanting that holiday feel as you play you could adopt that tradition. And if you think about it, waiting a few extra months now means you'll have to wait a few less months for episode 12 :WeSmart:
