Alright, after long going back and forth in my mind if I should do it, I finally used UVM on season 3 to get certain amount of TC points. I do have the problem that Its no use saving anymore in a freeroam (at least during the BBQ) because when I do, i cannot go anywhere after a load. Is this a known issue and am I correct that to go around this, I need to save while talking to someone during a freeroam?

1. Nothing in the game indicates that she is or isn't an immigrant. Regardless, people (ok fine, with very few weird exceptions) don't change their surname just because they are immigrants. So it is for all intents and purposes irrelevant whether Riona is an immigrant or not.
2. Nothing in the game says she's adopted. That being the reason for a non-East Asian surname is rather grasping at straws.
3. Even if she's mixed race, she's mixed East Asian race. Believe it or not, a mixed race person of East Asian x Western has a somewhat specific look that's miles away from how Riona looks.

Riona sounds like a Japanese origin name, unlike chinese and koreans, Japanese immigrants mostly keeps their names and surnames.
