I am waiting on the inevitable Jacob/Zoey/Tremolo three-way in episode 11. There have been so many signs pointing to it:

1. Jacob has already been involved in a MMF threeway (with Derek and Arieth)
2. Jacob has been more friendly toward Tremolo than any of the other DIKs, a little too friendly
3. Jacob made sure he was Tremolo's "date" to the HOTs party. While there he came up with numerous excuses as to why he wasn't getting with any of the horny drunk girls there. Very sus.
4. When Jacob found out Zoey was Tremolo's ex, he made a beeline for her. He took her to his room to ostensibly show her his art but was really digging for info on Tremolo.
5. While there he likely proposed them both getting with her ex, with Zoey hoping to win him back after seeing all the competition she has. She and Jacob have been texting each other.
6. Zoey is taking every opportunity to visit Tremolo.
7. Zoey has taken up jogging in the woods to build up her stamina for the all-night railing she is anticipating.

Jacob is a creep & a bitch but he's not a traitor because there isn't a traitor its all a red herring its the Nerds who hate the Diks and are getting revenge

I don't think its the nerds especially if you build relations with magnar, the only one would be bert, but he cant get access to the mansion within a 30 mile radius

It has to be one of the DIKS that had access and put cameras in the mansion, sending confidential DIK information with various people, trying to destroy reputation by distributing pictures to the campus ( No I don't believe beth/cafeteria girl is working alone).

He's just jealous of MC, the fact that he has tons of girls, but pretends everything is fine.
I just don't see his role right now.
Tommy is a jerk, the main source of all the problems.
Rusty is MC's potential brother.
Derek is the MC's best friend.
Nick is Vinnie's friend, fucked Tommy's girlfriend.
Jamie and Leon are two gay guys who don't want to admit it.
Johnny is a cuckold, wants the MC to fuck his girlfriend.
Nothing can be said about Jacob, he doesn't even have his own arc, nothing is known about him except that he's an artist and that he's kind of a “bro”.
And the creepiest part is that he's the one who runs into MC most often at the mansion.

Your assessment of Jacob is inaccurate. Your issue with him is because he's "too normal". He chose to go to the HOT party with MC because the alternative was shoving a vodka soaked tampon in his ass. John Boy also goes eventually. He didn't do much because the Alphas were there & that's a potential problem. He was able to get his own girl at the Dorm party.

And people say it's "creepy" that he listened to MC & Sage. How so? What was he supposed to do? Leave Derek because the MC is having sex? Put ear plugs in his ears that he didn't know he would need because he didn't know he was going to have to babysit Derek at the same time the MC was sleeping with Sage? He had an excuse to outside. It'd be creepy if he was outside listening for no reason. Considering Derek was able to cause a girl to be loud in a tent means it's not that difficult to do in the BaD universe.

People either don't like him for whatever reason. Maybe it's racial (unheard of). Maybe people are upset because he took his shot with Zoey. Or they want to implicate him because he is the least suspicious person. His room was damaged the most aside from the library which was a 2nd bathroom before MC moved in. Why would he willingly allow the destruction of artwork of his that would take a significant amount of time to create? Nick's room was damn near untouched & both of their rooms are next to each other.
