It will give a negative effect to your relationship with Jill if you're on her route, but other than that screw him. I really like Jill's reaction to how almost everyone recognizes that dick as MC's.

DIK MC has his moments in Bella's route, but overall he's not the best choice for her. I can't take DIK MC seriously, I think he's a terrible partner for Bella compared to CHICK MC who is always trying to match his maturity with Bella.It's a funny situation to be DIK on the route with bella, especially when she plays beer pong and brings out her own unique competitive side.
I also hate when Sage says that DIK MC is a great guy and Bella disagrees. When Sage says this about MC and he's CHICK, Bella keeps quiet, because she knows she made a mistake in her judgment of MC (one of the best scenes ever).

Who’s to say what effect it’ll have in the second half of the game (if any). That dynamic of Stephen, Jade, Tyballs, and Sage is wound up so tight, it feels guaranteed to explode. I’m sure their family connections could screw the MC big time.
