Quinn, Riona, and MC’s nicknames are implemented naturally if you have the threesome with them. Lily also has the “King” and “Queen” naming moment. But the others, you’re right. Not so natural to just give nicknames out of the blue! It’s just a bonus feature right now.

It doesn't get put into the nicknames on your phone, it's just a natural moment in the story where a nickname presents itself.
