I wonder if DPC will lock part of Lynette's story in Jill's route, because so far there is no hint or connection between Lynette and Jill's family if the MC doesn't have a relationship with her. It's like this plot doesn't even exist outside of Jill's route. Weird.

I've noticed that there's a pattern in Being a DIK. As you said, the DPC must be waiting for a moment where the gang is together to progress the plot of the connection between Lynette and Jill's family.
It's like Vinny's situation... it doesn't matter how many interactions he has with the MC in Quinn's or Riona's route. The beating he'll get will be in a moment that can be witnessed in all routes.
I can't complain about the DPC going this way since the branching is easier.

Jade is a good example. Her divorce is Canon, it will happen no matter what path you take. But whether she gets half the money or not is not canon, because the video may or may not have happened.

I'll be honest... I don't think that scene is Sage finding out about MC and Jade's affair. If I were DPC I wouldn't put the exact render of the moment Sage finds out something so important. In my opinion, DPC is just trolling everyone.

Thats why i got multiple save paths, aside from M/J i havent cheated at all besides in 1 route, but never slept with any of their mothers. plus if you dream about any of those two teachers, your roommate's face gets replaced by em, enough to scare me out of em, plus i see his face on them everytime i see em

I didn't mind the Jill cheat path, but that's purely because she's my least favourite out of all of the MGs in the game.It's not for the faint-hearted. (I still feel bad).
I don't dislike her at all, just not particularly into her character. She's probably above Nora/Jade, but underneath everyone else in the LI list
