They mostly all full lights on, dark outside with open curtain. Room is ground level with a whole apartment with over 12 windows in front. Shit is like a lighthouse. That's some next level exhibition.

DPC probably doesn't like natural lighting and prefers artificial scene lighting. In this scene he probably uses custom backdrops without emission settings which makes the background look very faded and weird.
