Same with that girl who played the scarecrow during Halloween. I believe we've only seen her name or see her speak between 1 and 3 times in the entire game so far.
I do have a feeling that Carla will probably get a larger role when on the Jill route 11 onwards, considering she's also one of the best friends of Bianca and a good friend of Jill.

I think the scarecrow girl was Avery.
Carla and Bianca may also be related to Lynette's friends Viv and Miranda respectively. There is a great deal of resemblance. Bianca's dad being the one who gave the Royces the tip on Lynette's old house also supports the idea.
