We can already screw the throuple over, if you decide to have more dates/hangouts with one over the other. On my DIK M&J run where I have all the solo time with Josy (if I can choose), Maya remarks that she doesn't know MC well, but still wants to try it. I'm sure if you keep on making the same kind of choices, it will be disastrous for the throuple in the long run.
It also shows (at least to me) that overall Josy is more interested in MC than in Maya, and Maya doesn't really seem that interested in a long term serious relationship way with MC, even if you spread the dates between them.

I don't think so, DPC made M&J complex by prioritizing hangouts between the both of them.
So if you balance them out, it just makes the previous decisions on deciding who to hangout and balancing them void.

She wanted to leave anyway. She was left there without friends because everyone else gone after school, she was left alone. Since Josy is a very social girl, isolation is a sentence for her. And again, it was the fear that her relationship with Maya was doomed because of Patrick and she wanted to jump off and start all over again in a new place. And the old place served as a reminder of all these bad events. On the date with Josy in Ep. 2, we saw that she was very unhappy there.

other then the fact they prefer MC, there relationship with isn't improving at all or very very very slowly at best which confirm by the girls in ep8, only been together twice since Josy coming to BR, and Maya being more comfortable with MC then she ever was with Josy, there is not a single reason to believe this lastingunfortunately , at least for some of us.

There is nothing to improve, if MC is with them, they are stable, if he is not, they're having some issues. that is the case after 10 episode.
