There's a flashback to a meeting between Tommy and Quinn in Episode 4, where Tommy offers to take the fall for Quinn. There, they talk about really partying, which I believe is referring to the unknown hard drugs we've seen already. Heather is passed out, Elena and JB are fucking, and the whole thing is undoubtedly related to Jacob being on guard duty during the Cumpetition, to make sure no one walks in on them in Tommy's room.

Yeah, that's still the plan. We should be getting Episodes 13 and 14 at minimum to finish the story proper, according to the last Q&A. He might need one or two more after that, then there's the epilogue, but who knows how he'll handle that.

The regular saves from season 2 don't transfer, you have to create special transfer saves when prompted at the end of season 2, using a different save screen that the game takes you to. When you go to the end of season 2, you should see your previous transfer saves on that screen. If they're there, but you still can't see any to import into season 3, then something's gone wrong.

I'm still believing that Madame Rose will get some more story before the end of the franchise. So far every girl MC can fuck got at least some extended story, even Rose (the scene together with the other strippers) and Tara (Halloween). Madame Rose is the only one so far who has gotten no story after her introduction, and even that was lackluster.
I seriously doubt DPC put her in as the only character to just have sex with and nothing else.
