That might be because DIK Others is one of the most popular routes because of the maximum amount of side girls you can do stuff with, it's also quite normal to do the shrooms on that route.

They've both been posted before (or at least, I've posted them both at least once) but it doesn't seem to come up a lot I suppose. I guess you could say it's as rare as getting abducted :KEK:

Embarrassingly excited for the release of the update. Can't wait to see all stories but i gotta admit i have a soft spot for Jill She seemed really boring at first but then the halloween party happened and the fact that if you arent on her route she shows up in a generic hot outfit vs if you're on her route she shows up as a banana was just really cool characterization. Its the kind of dorky behavior that has legitimately made me fall in love irl.

I've posted about it a couple of times but there hasn't been a lot of discussion about it overall. I'd say the main reason a lot of people don't see it is because they only play Bella's path with the Chick affinity where taking a shroom isn't an option. On other Main Girl paths you lose the guitar scene and none of them are okay with MC taking drugs not even Sage. Bella isn't at the party so you can't have the guitar scene anyway and she also doesn't have to watch MC tripping so her path is the exception. It's just massively unexpected that the one exception would be Bella. You'd expect to be in big trouble with her over it.

Surprisingly, J&M reacted almost indifferently to this. They didn't say anything to the MC or "chastise" him in any way. Sage just made a comment that MC shouldn't repeat every Tommy's actions and try to appear cool in his eyes. Jill had the worst reaction (because it's most likely related to her sister and her past). And shrooms are available with Neutral affinity, if MC smoked weed on the roof in EP4 (it also was a major choice). So it's not that strictly tighten with a DIK affinity.

Do you know if there is any difference with them if you use mushrooms while being either a DIK or neutral on the M&J route? Unfortunately I'm still working on my own neutral and DIK M&J routes, so I can't test it myself.

That's the only difference I remember at a BBQ party. Just these lines. MC losing beer-pong with Camila, while being on shrooms, but he is able to play with his LI. He is getting pretty sober up to that moment, so no negative effects are shows up.

I am aware of this, yes. However people play Neutral affinity even less than doing both DIK and Chick versions of the same path, so discovering Merbella through Neutral is even rarer than through DIK affinity. My point is that people who play Bella's path only with Chick affinity will never even have the option.

I on the other hand saw it on my first time playing ep 10. I happened to play my DIK Bella game first and it seemed too funny not to try. I wasn't disappointed.
