For the amount of content it seems to be normal.
DPC has kind of admitted though that despite the dev time the length per route will probably not change that much compared to ep 10 (a bit longer but not that much), but it will be quite a bit wider, aka it will get more deviations per path. This means that our choices will probably finally make a real difference besides just which character we will end up with in bed/relationship.

IMO, for the amount of content provided it is on the quicker side. Some get updates a lot quicker but there is less content than BaDIK.
