For anyone unable to get past the first free roam and are stuck with only Optional "Solve the puzzle box" here's what i did
step 1.
BeingADik-0.XX.0-pc-lin\game\scripts\freeroam\episode11 (or whatever you called the game)
and open ep11_freeroam_room1.rpy (with notepad or vscode, i did it with notepad)
step 3.
scroll to the bottom of the code
and change the line under "label ep11_freeroam1_room_end_label:" to "if True:"
and change the line directly under "$ renpy.pause(0.5)" to "elif False:"
it should then look like the following:
Step 4.
Warning: this change may break your game in the future I have no idea, but it worked for me
putting this warning again in case you forgot.
Step 5.
close the game (if it was open) and reopen again

I have the same problem here two, the game just closes no error code or nothing. do you know how to fix it?

On bella path the game is working fine every other path the game crashes at the beginning with LANA.Expect a hotfix probably by tomorrow.Just finished my Angel Bella's path.Must say DPC has some special love for Bella

Mind if I ask how did you do this?affinity doesn't seem to matter... but at first I didn't get the option for love you either. I think it has to with this variable:

I changed that to false then I got the option. Don't even remember what this choice was for in EP3

Does anyone have the link for episode 10 only? Because it's crashing here even before it gets to 11.
You probably patched moded version; I had same issue; solved by redownloding full version.
Also, your save files my be impacted my mods

game crashed 1 click after the lana talking to Than scene, at the point he says you have been playing that birthday card all week
no Mods no Crash Gallery all open. best update. nice Animation from Isabella aaaa

If you have the Zoe crash where you cant text her, you can either (a) get a full clean install and play on a new full clean save (lol)
or (b) just wait for the mod maker to fully update the mod

Free roam is honestly such a beating in 90% of cases. I get why it's kind of necessary but still
