Not really. Lily likes chick MC a lot, she refuses to admit it so she won't fall in love and forbids MC do the same. Treating her DIK way is just a mask and "fun/roll path", normal/chick is more "love path". Especially sex scene at MC's room hits hard with gentle sex or with rough but saying that you had doubts.
