If you're talking about the solo scene in ep 11: As far as we know, don't have sex with Jade in the previous seasons (the initial blowjob should be fine, but avoid that one as well to be safe) and you can have a maximum of 3 or 4 cheat points in season 3.

Which Solo scene is this? I have my own sage playthrough and i have no cheat points i imagine and no history with Jade.

I think I've come to the point that this game is no longer enjoyable for me to play. I appreciate DPC's work ethic and talent, but this update was simply not entertaining for me on either of my two main playthroughs (CHICK J/M and Neutral Others). Ep 12 could come out this year too if he decides to split ep12 into two parts.
We didn't have transition winter exams in this episode, so it makes sense to split ep 12 this way.
ep12 part one. End of ep11+transition exams.
ep12 part two. The results of the exams (game over if the player failed the previous tests) and possibly a February 14 celebration.
I don't know if DPС will go for it or not. During the development of ep11 he said he was thinking of splitting the episode into two parts.

It would move lot faster if he would stop making 500 useless animations.

It's hard to say about the happy ones, this Episode is so dark...which doesn't make it worse of course. It's great.
But there was happy moments.
