Stephen's story was relieved enough in episode 10. He was successful in finances, unhappy in marriage, not feeling connection with his adopted kids, bored with life, having all the money he will ever need. As dean or whatever his function in there is, he uses his money to give scholarships for most prominent students but out of boredom also fucks young chicks, giving them scholarship as well (for prostitution). It's dangerous and not exactly legal so he needs intermediaries who is obviously Quinn. Sure, we don't know yet how did they got in touch but my guess is that it will be somehow related to fact that Quinn was in foster family and Burkes adopted Sage (and Tybalt?) so will see... Nevertheless, Stephen's has his own game and it's just about prostitution.

Vinny is piece of shit but with latest update I would say we can easily assume he has no connection with Burke. All he cares is selling drugs and getting more power "on the street", he is part of DIKs founding story and Quinn's drug dealing story. Most of us pointed him as main suspect of laptop/Jocks letters/Cathy sabotages but now we know that it was Magnar and dorm chicks. Of course Cathy leak is still mystery but I say it is impossible to someone with Vinny's attitude work anyhow with Magnar or Burke. What remained under everyone's radar tho is why Vinny was trashing MC's room. Sure, maybe just for fun but maybe because he was looking for something? Maybe not since it was all trashed for a long time but who knows...

And there is Magnar, our main antagonist from now on. He's only agenda is to get rid of annoying Jocks/HOTs/DIKs so that their frat will be the one and only. He want to outsmart them all, seeing how they are eager to fight each other all they need is to make them fight. As Magnar said they cannot allow to D ally with Chad so they have sent another letters.

DIKs obviously are in the middle of all this but overall it is a mix of different stories related with each other by certain characters. Relation-web would look awesome but the point is... there is no single story in here, just bunch of loosely related ones. All sides have own problems and agenda but assuming that Vinny Magnar and Burke are somehow cooperating to make DIKs' life harder would be one of the worst writing in AVNs history and DPC knows better than that.

Yet there are a couple of lose ends. Anthony says, upon seeing the pictures, it can't be him, clearly this one is a selfy. yet we learn from derek's phone that anthony blames the MC.

Magnar can't enter the Dik's mansion, yet his GF sally can. even if magnar manages to sneak into the building, he has only 1 minute before someone sees him, and that's if he is really really lucky.
Rusty said in the beginning that they had help from his father and several teachers when starting the Diks, Daddy Burke propably made the arangements to said cam, then he had Magnar monitor the whole feed. magnar eventually has Sally embedded in the dik's house to make sure the cam stays on.
But then we learn from one of the party's that Sally has relationship issues, wich she denies but who is she fooling.
My best bet would be that she has feelings for one of the Dik's, and wants to quit, hence a confrontation with Magnar.
Magnar informs Daddy Burke, who then sees that the net is surrounding him, and then calls Priscilla, who propably knows about legal procedures, and how to get out of B&R scott free. she tells him, divorse your wife, let her become the new Dean, and let her take the fall for the mess you are leaving behind.

then there is the other theory that has entered my mind, our mom's diary, and more to the point the fck, fck, fck line.
the MC dubbed it as not asking enough questions. yet when will he ask what our mom's last name is?
i mean he already got into trouble by staying ignorant with the burkes, but he hasn't thought 1 moment, hey i should ask my mom's name. or the full name of our granddad. wich makes me think about 1 result only, our granddad is actively involving himself in B&R, but as an outside source, well hidden, but Jill's mom is onto something when she sees the MC, wich makes me think she knows our granddad.

last but not least, even while married with Jade, stephen is harrassing other teachers, mainly Bella. but to what end? is he really only a perv, or is he also recruiting faculty staff to go with him when he switches to a different school?
Wich means he already saw the net closing in on him for awhile and really is planning to bail.
As a parting gift he informs one of the teachers that drugs is being used in one of the mansions, or several mansions, propably through a note, making the teacher think its a student. and then we see him arive at the door where we open it, right before he also goes to the alpha's, and tests them offcourse.

and Bam, a whole new cesspool of garbage opens up. alpha's get disqualified for using drugs, dik's mansion gets disbanded for having drugs, wich offcourse Tommy gets blamed for, he goes on the offence and gets mad on the MC for telling on him, even though we didnt (chick path, but i aint a snitch), but we can simply point out the camera and solve it right there.

okey that's propably enough theory's from my end.

Yes, I know that Divine Quinn herself calls herself guilty. But she's wrong. Even she can be wrong.
She's not guilty of anything !
She didn't kill anyone or even cause serious harm to anyone.
Manipulation? But it's impossible to manipulate someone against their will.
If someone manipulates a person, it mean that they themselves are not against it.
Quinn didn't force Riona to buy from her, Riona did it willingly.
Quinn didn't force Riona to work for her, Riona did it of her own free will.
Therefore, it can't be said that what happened to Riona, all these terrible things, happened because of Quinn.
No. Riona herself wanted to lead such a lifestyle.
Every person in this world, in this life, is responsible for their actions.
For their own, and not for someone else's.
No one can say - I was deceived, I was manipulated. No, it doesn't work.
But Divine Quinn, by virtue of her impeccable Holiness, is ready to take responsibility for other people's sins...

If you wanted to make a thriller, you should have made a thriller from the very first episode.
The episode itself is incomprehensible. It's a fucking drug thriller, it's a fucking melodrama with a blue-haired smurf, it's a party where you have to keep your hands to yourself to tell your girlfriend I love you.
He's very rambling and chaotic.
I wouldn't rule out Josy or Sage jumping off the roof in the next ep because MC will dump them for Zoey.

Like I've said previously, he seems to be more focused on the whole Quinn/Riona situation than he is on main LIs, I think it's the story he finds more fun to write and tell.

I think what bothered me the most with this episode, (I’ve only run it once, DIK Others route), is the lack of narrative immersion. So much is happening in exposition with everyone else, knowledge for us (the reader) but very little that MC is aware of. Starting with skipping Quinn’s call. I thought we were supposed to be experiencing this from MC’s perspective at first. But, MC is aware of very damn little now compared to what we as the reader now know. I assume you get different little pieces depending on whose path you’re on, but always in the dark about other chunks? I know it isn’t a role playing game, but MC himself didn’t learn anything important or grow much in this chapter (on this route). We know more than he does now and can’t do a damn thing about any of it. It’s completely linear now and kills any vibe of actually affecting the outcome of the story. :LOL: Sorry, rant over.:cool::coffee:
