Honestly, no idea. I have ended that path early in my play through but from what i vaguely remember (from the game and this thread) i believe you're right at least as full sex goes. But there is some sexual stuff that can happen earlier from what i remember -- between Jill's getting herself off in her sleep on Fuckface's hand, to them fooling around in Isabella's house.
I've made some digging in the files of the episode and I've come across something that I can't see were in the game it take place. I've don't play all branches so maybe that's why but I'm pretty sure I've play that branche specifically

I guess she could still hire a nanny sure, but would it even make sense?

Never thought I say this but the mains are becoming less fun and I'm glad I had several

And in both situations, MC kinda neglected them, like, he just up and left, saying he had to go for a drink after talking to Quinn, and then in Zoey's case, saying he doesn't love her anymore. What are the choices I have to make to change that???

Well, Maya and Josy can get fucked more than one time before the pick point, so by that logic Sage should be very much freaking about them in this scenario.
