Yes, it does not make sense to you but I've seen many people asking for Lily, Nicole, Nora, Camilla, Bianca, Zoey, Chemistry girl, Heather, Sally, Elena, etc. DPC needs to make place for them. And he can't if he needs to develop Quinn and Rio alongside the main girls.
The way it was shown, I thought it may have been a fire. In any case, I think she is going to be arrested and obviously less prominent in the story.

Upon looking more there are two events first is from ep9 other is from ep10 (jill path where you tell Bianca with Jill).

A frat war between preps, alphas, librarians & diks houses
MC eating popcorn with the hots, his friends while Jill* is riding MC, just outside as everything gets demolished

I fully expect that to be what the final episode is about, but not devoted to the final season. We have a lot left to play out.

DPC said it will include the epilogues, but he still expects the main story (so excluding epilogues) to be between 14 and 16 episodes with emphasis on 14.
That's the thing though, what we get here is not a face-off. You don't even get to see Buddy actually getting arrested, much less any sort of confrontation. I don't think this is an accident. Vinny is just a small fry in this, not the major antagonist.
(he may be antagonist for Fuckface and the DIKs, but not really Quinn, with the way game has spent lot of time establishing how she just runs circles around him)
So it wouldn't surprise me at all if it turns out that Buddy gets away from it one way or another, and then escalate to some sort of actual confrontation, instead of having the whole thing resolved off-screen.
