No, I don't think it's possible. The trigger for the party to happen is whether Jill feels Tremolo is right for her or not (basically, checks if Tremolo is Neutral/CHICK or DIK). But this trigger is too close to the end of the 2nd season and if you're not deep into DIK or CHICK affinities you'll stuck with Neutral perma affinity, if I remember correctly.
Before you get perma affinity you have to make 15 major choices and you can make only 4 choices of the opposite affinity and still get DIK or CHICK perma affinities. But at this point (before the trigger happens) you have to make 5 or even more CHICK affinity choices to keep non-perma neutral affinity.
This, for example, works for Maya/Josy where you need be non-DIK affinity to get on their route. But because this trigger happens early in the game you can temporarily become Neutral affinity (like 2 or 3 CHICK major choices) and then go full DIK major choice and get DIK perma affinity.

At least we have now 2 paths (Jill and Sage) and a possible future 3rd path (Bianca) where it's become likely that MC and us will get to know more about her in the near (gameplaywise) future. Even if Jill hasn't seen the picture yet, you can't tell me that MC will not show her for much longer what his mother looked like.

You cannot date Camila (you can have sex with her though), but I won't be surprised if she will be available as a more steady LI on the others path. She seems like a Lily and Rio situation to me: Want to start with FWB, but will pretty quickly fall in love with MC when they're really starting to spend time together.
Its nothing new though that DPC alternates between episodes with the sidegirls.I really hope we get to get Rio backI missed her and Quinn this episode
Just as an example, look at Rio, since the first "real" lewd scene with her (and for real, i dont count the gloryhole as one) it went like this.
Episode 3, threesome with Quinn and some dialogue with her. (her first real bigger lewd scene, as i said, come on... gloryhole BJ doesnt count)
Episode 4, no lewd, brief dialogue. Well more dialogue if you are at the HOTs house, but not that much either.
Episode 5 bigger dialogue and lewd.
Episode 6 basically nothing. Besides the Roleplay thingy. Which doesnt count in my book.
Episode 7 many dialogues, big lewd scene either solo or threesome with cammy.
Episode 8, again no lewd, but the "cum-petetion-loser-stalker" incident.
Episode 9, no lewd but important dialogues with important choice.
Episode 10 biggest Rio episode so far... lots of dialogue, a real date, and lewd scene later too, kinda the "promotion" to a important sidegirl.
Episode 11 again nothing with the MC.
And you can pick any sidegirl, its basically the same. Its perfectly normal too, there are just too many sidegirls to give every girl content each episode so they matter... thats the reason why they are only sidegirls. And the Quinn fans dont wanna hear that either, but she is just a sidegirl, an important one, but only sidegirl.
DPC made is with episode 11 very clear who the maingirls are and that no sidegirl got promoted to a maingirl, he made that clear once and for all.
Rio will get scenes in episode 12, thats for sure. Maybe even a lewd scene, but that depends on her appearence i guess... but i have a feeling that it could be a goodbye episode for her too. She was several weeks away now from college, and struggled a bit with college anyways (even so she said that she didnt fail a class, but can she afford to miss several weeks before the finals? I dont think so) and after what happened, i dont see that she just goes back to the HOTs and everything will be peachy just like that. And even if MC and Rios got closer together... they are not THAT close that she would just stay only because of the MC. And she didnt tell Cammy anything important either, so she is "alone" with the shit, and like that... quitting college is the obvious choice i think. Maybe she will sink Quinn beforehand, so she is out of the HOTs, its just a matter of time anyways that she will get kicked out. Shit already hit the fan, and Quinn can only do that much to control the damage, but it will bite her in the ass no matter what.
Either way... yeah its like that with sidegirls, a episode where a sidegirl has more or less lots of content is usually followed by an episode were she lacks content.
Maingirls always get lots of content but it alternates too between episodes.
Episode 11 was very heavy on the Jill Route, while episode 10 was cleary more an J&M and Sage episode, not that much Jill and Bella though. Episode 12 will be more an Bella episode i guess, considering the end of ep11.
I love Rio, and cant get enough of her, but iam not delusional and know... she is just a sidegirl and that will not change. (Rio is my favorite sidegirl anlong with Nicole, followed by Lily)
