Because the algorithm to update the bios is based on some mutually exclusive choices, if you break the mutual exclusivity with a mod that doesn't bother to also modify the procedure for bios update accordingly, you're going to break the bios.

Any time you use a cheat to obtain a set of values in status variables which is not achievable with an unmodded game... You're probably breaking something (minor or major).

Like I said it doesn't seem to matter, just wonder if it's because i'm using an outdated version of the mod or game because I haven't heard anybody else have this issue. I know in the early episodes with the mod you get the prompt "Would you like to see the other scene?" which is probably what is causing the issue.

In many states you get little to nothing if you're divorcing because you have cheated and the other party can prove it, even without a pre-nup.

All Jade would have to do would be to get Cathy and Bella to give evidence against Burke, about his affair with Cathy and his constant harassing of Bella, even if the illegally hacked video was allowed in as evidence. And if the mc could get evidence from Quinn or Camilla or even get in touch with Mona somehow, I think Burke would have more to lose as what's he's done is a prosecutable crime.

Just curious though, I don't know anything about "professional" photography. When MC has sex between the photo-screen, shouldn't their silhouettes been shown on the screen when the flash goes off? Or does that only happen if the light comes from behind the screen?

Tbf, Maya is planning to get involved with social work, particularly with children. It's a noble but not a high-paying field of work. It's just a layer of Maya that we get to see and how she is genuinely a good person at heart, much like Jill.

Whatever path I choose, by episode 9 whenever you can check which girls you have been with on the phone, it will show that I took part in the scene with the fj where you go to the closet with Sarah afterwards. I am using Scrappy mod on all seasons.

That's a good one. No idea then as I don't use Scrappy's mod on most of my games. I prefer not to replace game files as anything funky can and does happen. Especially on a game with code as complex as BaD.

If the mod has a thread here, I'd check there to see if it's a known bug? Otherwise someone that uses it would have to provide more info. Not something I remember seeing on the unmodded game, but I'll double check when I'm at my desktop later.

I think this is the culprit, the game assumes that I've seen both scenes even if I say no?

If it's a standard green screen it's fully opaque. You won't see anything behind it, even with a flash.

The premise is that it's easy to change the background, as you have one solid color to deal with.

On the topic of that Tommy went up in my rankings this episode, I only have one save where I messed with Heather at Halloween, I was expecting another brawl with him on that one but nothing
He was with us during the argument and compliments us to Gina when doing the wet t shirt contest, good stuff

It's the latter. The flash will cast shadows on the screen which are visible from the other side. So in this scenario Tremolo and Maya would get to see silhouettes of people taking pictures (since those people are positioned between the flash and the screen) but they'd remain hidden themselves.
