There is yes. I normally write down the variables, but it was from a long while ago and I don't think I kept it as I disabled most of the minigames on my playthroughs. Ended up keeping only one save/playthrough to unlock the renders and things.Is there a way to switch which party perk I've chosen with console commands instead of starting over with an import save?
If you use URM, do a state save just before you allocate a point; then select a perk and OK it; Do another state save (should be two on the list); Then do a comparison of the two states and it'll highlight what's changed. Then revert back to the first save and repeat selecting another perk; Then compare to the original state. You can do this until you find the perks you want, where they are stored, and finally the required parameter to mark it unlocked.
