It could be that Karen didn't go after MC because for some reason Sally told her that out of nowhere she's interested in him. She also didn't seem to have stayed with Jamie (she wasn't part of the Walk of Shame). We will see what happens further between them.

Imo she chose jamie because hes the least dangerous and least masculine possibility lol, kinda the same as riona "flirting" with jamie. He's sooo ... i dunno much of a chick ... that he doesnt even register in a male's brain as serious competition :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Soft. Jamie's one of the more gullible, trusting, loyal guys around. Not to mention unlike Leon, Tommy or Jacob, he's not that big of a horndog these days.

What I was disappointed with was that Bella's unique scenes were short, if you take out the trip with Jill (which is Bella and Jill's shared content) there's not much content left. So far MC and Bella's relationship hasn't made a huge leap from Ep10, but our guy is finally not afraid to ask her questions and is more comfortable with her. We learn a little about Bella's past, her parents dying in a car accident, we get some sweet and heartfelt scenes, we see MC becoming more comfortable with Bella and not feeling weird. The chemistry between them is funny and they constantly poke fun at each other.
I love her sense of humor and have collected the best moments. Always laugh at her jokes, they are making the game more fun, impossible to disagree that Bella's lines/pranks are the best:

Their relationship contrasts interestingly between sweet and warm, with a key moment when Bella zips up his jacket, showing concern, and a kinky side with the same moment where she whispers to him in hot tube what she should do with him. Lewd scenes with her are some of the best in the update, as in previous updates - I don't know what it's connected with, but DPC gets inspired when doing Bella's scenes - they are dynamic, passionate and don't look like his typical sleeping DAZ slo-mo.

They're still trying to figure out how they work together and it's too early for "I love you" considering their maturity difference and pressure their illegal relationship is under. And the potential for disaster: Josy overheard Bella and Jill talking about their relationship and blabbing to Sage, and Nick the rat snitching on MC that "he's fucking the librarian" in front of the whole frat. Sooner or later, it will be revealed. Trying to hope for the best, Bella is a wonderful woman and I didn't want it to end in disaster, which is possible because the tone of the game has changed to dark. Their relationship will be tested in Episode 12, we will learn the main secret Bella has been hiding because the door has finally been opened. I'm guessing the season finale will be Bella-centric and we will get a lot of unique content with her, and finally will hear the main three words. In 18 months...

Great review as always. I'm not a fan of Bella's path though, it's too boring for me and I'm always put off by it. Maybe I'll get through though in a few months, there's plenty of time to get through it :HideThePain:

I think we can all agree that episode 11 is the best one yet. As someone who hasn't played since the interlude, it's been a blast to replay, but man, DPC really seems to have it out for us Sage fans.(Spoiler for those who somehow haven't been to the burkes yet) The whole twist about Jade being her mom had me wanting to restart the game just to avoid banging Jade and not deal with that situation. DPC sure knows how to make you feel guilty! In most games like this, it would probably go something like, "Oh, I hooked up with your adopted mom without realizing it," and then the main character would somehow end up in a threesome with both of them. But DPC loves to keep things dramatic and realistic. With the main character constantly debating whether to tell Sage, I have a feeling she’s going to find out on her own because drama and DPC are a perfect match, and I’m not sure I can handle that! Plus, that ending was top-notch. For a genius, Derek sure can be a dumbahh. Here’s hoping episode 12 eases some of our worries, and seriously, DPC, why did you have to hurt Rio? When I saw that scene, I honestly thought DPC was going to kill her off! 10/10 episode and idk how he can top that.

It's mainly based on what kind of person he is.

I think most people can agree that Tommy was at his finest in Episode 11. The best we've seen of him.

...Which frightens me because next episode we'll maybe see the WORST of him.

In fact, the Sage branch has two complete and equivalent paths.
Sage with Jade is a painful Pale Carnation like romance where you don't know when things are going to blow up. Here everything is stretched on a thin string, you walk as if on thin ice.
Sage without Jade is a romance between two very different people. If you play from the beginning as chick in the description it says Sage likes bad guys, but over time she gets attached to you. She's very sweet. MC showed a different side of the relationship, more sensual.
It's actually two equal paths.
In the first, I wonder if MC can find happiness with Sage and find redemption. In the second, it's interesting to explore the tender side of Sage.
