People are criticizing the amount of content for 15 months are waiting. The actual story beats are pretty good. Lily gets a ton of character development, for example

Was talking about those paths only brother. On Jill/Bella Path, even after flirting, the variable stays as false. Maybe it is just variable which will be effective from next episode

It will not change at all. As its not linked to anyhing. Such a shame tho would have loved to at least have an idea that we are on the path or not in this episode
