Well he didnt asked about hanging out sometimes, he asked about sharing the room. He hangs out there at times even when you dont agree with sharing the room. Asking to crash is not sharing the room either.
Chilling on his couch here and there isnt sharing a room either. He's not my mcs best friend in most of my paths either
MC knows derek for barely a few months and half of the times derek was annoying or moody. The only really cool thing derek did was to let MC crash in his room.
Even his talk about Maya at the end of ep10 is mostly empty words. I believe that he wants what hes saying but hes doing nothing worthwhile to accomplish that. He was usually partying while maya was alone in her dorm ... not that i blame him for that but it doesnt fit his grandstanding claim.
The only things he did for/with maya is telling her occasionally that he's "there for her", coming up with a stupid gambling idea and the vibrator ...
Im not exaggerating anything as far as im aware.

Exactly the point Ive been saying all day and why we need that episode count answered in the Q&A.
It isn't just Lily people are hoping for these complicated paths, I've seen Mel and Sarah mentioned today and obviously us two ourselves have talked about Bianca.
Ultimately these are at the end of the day side chicks a simple distraction or jeapordy to the main girls and there may be not enough time than a simple, we wanted different things, ended as friends or similar. People hoping for an epic resolution with these girls could be setting themselves up for disapointment.

That's the idea, but I don't think it works well in practice. First and most obviously, because hypocrisy is very much a thing. Second, because the game has massive blindspots when it comes to interpolating the MC's actions into mindset. I've ranted more than once about how a CHICK MC with a minimal bodycount is way more interested in sex than he is in making the throuple work. Chasing Bella and Jill simultaneously didn't bother the MC in slightest... until the concert, when suddenly he does an about face and decides it's a massive issue even if he's only pursuing one of them! And of course there's the debacle of the Episode 8 cliffhanger not bothering to differentiate an MC who fucked Jade and leaked the tape from one who never looked at Jade or Sage twice.
Basically, I think DPC has tunnel vision when it comes to interpreting the MC's actions, and the results are at least as likely to be counterintuitive and frustrating as they are to be fun and engaging.
Madame has a lot going against her. The basic problems are obvious: she's expensive for underwhelming actions, she has no connection to the story, and her body type might not appeal to some people. But there's also the issue of how you unlock her.
You need to win the CUM-petition, and choose to work at the Pink Rose rather than the nursing home in Episode 7; both of those are pretty likely to happen on a DIK run. The catch is that you also need to keep the VIP Pass in Episode 6 rather than sell it to fund the mansion repairs, which feels like a dick move (not the good kind!) at that point in the story.
But it gets worse. If you have minigames turned on, you can offset keeping the pass by earning more money and the problem is limited to the MC looking kind of greedy. If, however, minigames are off then unlocking Madame Rose will also automatically fail the repair efforts, forcing Rusty to sell his car. That's a pretty high price to pay for a hooker with delusions of grandeur.

It's in the code, i tried to understand the TC mechanic better so i started looking into it. Maybe the flirting you did is not labelled as TC or you don't have the points. So far the TC mechanic is more "second guessing" your relationship locking you out of romantic options rather than breaking it apart. Strictly speaking you can't get many scenes from others or "cheat" if you are on some MG path.huh... I flirted fully with Bianca & Bella and I still got both Jill scenes...
eh, I'm guessing the points will come into play next episode and I'll need to backtrack... yay... more dumbshit minigames u_u

Regarding Mel and Sarah, I think with the addition of the kissing has made it seem like more could happen, Mel in particular I thought was a bit more intimate
In the bios the usual deal with them is We fucked and that's about the limit, now with 11 he says this about Mel

At the end of the day I don't want to piss on anyone's cheerios. But we have to get realistic there are some girls who will simply lead to disapointment for fans, wether that's because they don't get an ending, or the ending feels rushed or the endings not what expected
I said it before until we are told otherwise we have at worse 3 episodes left and at best 5 and there's a good chance a number of them are just going to play on rails tying up all the choices we've made previously.
It's time to accept your favourite girl might not get an ending and be pleasantly surprised if she does rather than expect the ending and be disapointed when she doesnt.
Lets be honest here. All women wants a partner (I would say wants a man, but that if the gender study girls saw this, I'd get a backlash) to love them. Some women, due to their lives, they put in their mind that they are ok with a open relationship, but they are not. Lets take Lily as an example. She wants someone to call them hers. But she knows her line of work and she knows how hard would be to get someone to be hers. So the guy she has a crush on she asks if they wanna "roll with her". When you tell her you just want to have sex from time to time, she rejects you. That is clear she wants more than that, as she said, she wants some commitment. She wants to have what any other woman wants, because she is a woman after all.
She wants to be special for someone. Everyone has a heart beating in their chest, it is good to have fun but at some point in our lives we will want to settle down.
Lily then gets what she wants. Her crush is rolling with her. She can brag at the HoT's thanksgiving party that she is rolling (together) with someone, even making Quinn jealous intentionally, if you are in her path aswell.
And when she finally gets something that she thinks she doesn't deserve because of her profession, a guy who wants to take thing more serious, she won't even believe that she is being fair to you if she accepts that. There is a lot going on in there.

This is what I think aswell. Reason why, he filling it with minigames and taking over a year to release an episode plays a big part in the disappointment. Because we know some of these girls may never get an ending, and you play the game for practically 10 years to get nothing with someone he teased you over all along, will be a big turn off to many. lol.
I saw many people bitching about AL, in my opinion, without a good reason, because even with the bad stuff, I liked it a lot. and I didn't even end up with the girl I wanted in my only run and I accepted that. Never tried to play again and change the outcome, yet I thought it was really amazing game.
With this one I have different view because of the time people spend and waste, waiting for a new update and get some scenes or progression with a LI they like. It will feel like wasting years of your life dedicating to this game lol.
