whether they are exclusive depends on the branching of the game, choosing who to go with has nothing to do with fidelity. does Nicole or Lily's run improve if MC hasn't had sex with any other girl? doesn't seem so to me

I strongly suspect Episode 12 is going to have another "branching moment" in regards to relationships similar to Episode 8. Lots of the main LIs branches have some tension that was potentially dialed up in Episode 11, love confessions have started up, the "cheater points" have started to matter at bit, there's the potentially still-unresolved Zoey kiss if you don't Reject her, and several other things. It seems plausible to me that if MC has made lots of negative choices, some of the main LI branches might start falling apart next Episode.
