Chemicals first, but I've usually got all of them by the end of ep 10. If you are a bit short of the last 10$ leave up to 6$ in your pocket and spend the rest on food and other supplies.

It's practically guaranteed that you'll start ep 10 with your pockets full. Head to the fish first thing. The start budget is 5$ and you can sell 10 young fish for 4$. You can find 2$ in the free roam and the games get you another 2$. You'll have 23$ to use on the fish at the start. Buy the chemicals and the air pump upgrades and you'll still have 3$ for one each of the supplies. The fish need food and the tank is pretty dirty, but you might get lucky and have no sick fish.

Don't worry if the tank isn't 100% clean. I clean it when it's below 75%. Only give the fish just enough food instead of the full 100. I'm not sure how harmful it is to leave sick or dead fish in the tank, but I've always taken care of those to be sure.


On the subject of mini games on the MC's desk. I've solved the puzzle box, but I have no idea how the letters "TCSOLENO" and the numbers "78125436" convey that you are supposed to set the dials so they spell the word "OPEN" and it bothers the hell out of me.

The way Nick reacted when the guys found out he was at the same spot to where the computer was, I still feel like he know something more. Maybe it's Magnar/Ron and they have some blackmail on him and he brought the computer to them? But I don't think we can say "clearly" just yet.

At the moment it can't drop that much. At a future episode there will no doubt be a point where the population is too low, but at the moment the fish seem to reproduce more when there are less of them.

The way it works under a hood is that each female fish gets a chance to spawn a young one at the start of new round. This is not affected by overall number, so the more female fish you have, the more young ones they can birth.

Since each birth is a random chance against "reproduction rate" which is determined by cleanliness of tank, no excess food etc, the number you get per round can somewhat vary, which i guess might give you idea that having less gains you more, but it really doesn't. It's the exact opposite.

edit: although i'd have to double-check if there's a cap on how many fish you can get per round, Not 100% sure atm.

Riona doesn't interfere with nay main path. Neither does Jade or Zoey.

Lily and Quinn interfere with each other and Quinn is inaccessible in any neutral pathing IIRC.

Cammy is mostly sex. Sarah and Mel as well. At most you get to bang Sarah in her room if you skip some class.

Nora doesn't interfere with any MG path either.

Sage and Jade don't interfere but showing the sex tape to the DIKs prevents further Jade foolery.

Maybe it's me who needs 10 more playthroughs...

I've only found a few layouts that "3-dot" everyone (which would be a 7.0x multiplier), but getting at least a 6.5x is possible on every grid, depending on what starting inventory you have. And as long as you 2-dot someone, their Happiness doesn't go down much (4 points max, less if they get happiness from activities or perks).

It doesn't really matter that much if you 2-dot MC, by the way. His happiness is so low that each Need you meet barely gives you any points. You're actually better off in many cases keeping him at 2 dots and meeting other DIKs needs instead (assuming you keep the same or better overall multiplier).

So, I happen to really enjoy the Party Planner mini-game and have spent quite a bit of time trying to find good setups for every possible layout. I might eventually write up a guide at some point, but I haven't gotten that far yet.

In the meantime, since Episode 11 Xmas party planner seems to be the most challenging yet and I've seen quite a few people requesting setups, here's a collection of some that I've found for all the possible random grids in Episode 11. I managed to find at least one 6.5x for every grid, and some grids had options for higher multipliers (up to 7.25x for exactly one grid).
